About the Role
PartsWarehouse.com is growing fast and we need to grow our catalog to match. We're hiring a Vendor Relations Specialist whose entire job is outbound vendor outreach: finding new suppliers and distributors across Appliance, Outdoor Power Equipment, Power Tools, Vacuum, Spa & Pool, and HVAC parts, getting them on board, and expanding the products we can offer.
This is a high-volume outreach role. You'll be reaching out to vendors daily, building relationships, and pushing to get new product lines added to our catalog as quickly as possible. If you're competitive, persistent, and energized by opening doors, this is your lane.
What You'll Do
- Research and identify prospective vendors, distributors, and manufacturers across our target verticals
- Run high-volume outbound outreach (calls, emails, trade shows, LinkedIn) to build a pipeline of new supplier relationships
- Pitch PartsWarehouse.com's value proposition and move conversations from first contact through signed agreement and first purchase order
- Negotiate basic pricing, payment terms, drop-ship capabilities, and freight terms with guidance from senior leadership
- Coordinate with IT and Operations to onboard new vendors into our systems
- Track all outreach activity and pipeline progress in our CRM
- Flag sourcing opportunities that improve catalog coverage, margin, or product availability
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with newly acquired vendors through their initial onboarding period
What We're Looking For
Required
- 1 years in sales, business development, vendor outreach, or a similar outbound role
- Comfortable with high-volume cold outreach (phone and email)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized and self-directed with the ability to manage your own pipeline
- Eager to learn the parts and distribution industry
Preferred
- Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain
- Familiarity with any of our verticals: Appliance, Outdoor Power Equipment, Power Tools, Vacuum, Spa & Pool, HVAC
- Exposure to e-commerce, high-SKU catalog environments, or drop-ship fulfillment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
