Job Title: Accounting Director, North America
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid - 3 days in office)
Type: Full-Time, Permanent/Direct Hire
Pay Range: $190,000 - $210,000 base salary plus 20% bonus plus equity

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and mentor the accounting team
- Balance sheet review
- Financial reporting package review
- Manage accounting for revenue contracts
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls, policies, and procedures
- Lead SOX implementation
- Oversee month end close
- Consolidate reporting across multiple entities
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
- CPA required
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive accounting experience
- Manufacturing and public company experience required
