Job Title: Director of Accounting
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid - 2 days onsite)
Type: Full-Time, Permanent/Direct Hire
Pay Range: $170,000 - $180,000 base salary plus bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the monthly financial statements
- Works as a team with other directors to set policy and procedure
- Establishes ongoing relationships with members of operational teams
- Supports the assurance and tax teams
- Evaluates business problems through the lens of internal controls
- Coach, mentor and hold accountable staff and managers
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA required
- 10 years of progressive accounting experience
