What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and develop an offshore Tax Operations team responsible for day-to-day execution
- Manage workload distribution, quality control, escalations, and service levels
- Oversee investor onboarding and ongoing tax documentation
- Review and validate U.S. and international tax forms
- Support U.S. and international tax reporting requirements
- Partner with Operations, Technology, Legal, and Tax teams to improve processes
- Drive automation initiatives and operational efficiencies
- Ensure compliance across multiple global tax reporting regimes
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex tax operations matters
- Mentor team members while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture
What We're Looking For
- 5 years of tax operations or investor tax reporting experience
- Previous people management experience
- Strong knowledge of: Tax form validation (W-9, W-8)FATCA CRSK-1s1099s 1042-SForm 8966
- Experience supporting both U.S. and international investors
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred
- Experience within banking, alternative investments, asset management, or public accounting
- Exposure to Cayman Islands and Luxembourg tax regimes
- Power BI experience
- Experience leveraging automation or AI tools to improve processes
