About the Role
We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive, and strategic Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. This role goes beyond traditional recruiting support, serving as a key operational partner for the People & Onboarding Team. You will manage end-to-end talent processes, assist with onboarding and training initiatives, and support administrative operations, helping the company attract, hire, and retain top talent.
You should be comfortable managing multiple priorities throughout the day, from sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews to preparing onboarding materials and supporting department training programs. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem solving, and wants a blend of recruiting, administrative, and talent development responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruiting
- Source, screen, and engage candidates across a variety of roles.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Prepare and update job descriptions, ensuring accuracy and alignment with departmental needs.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with offer letters, employment agreements, and background checks.
Onboarding & Employee Support
- Prepare new hire paperwork and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Coordinate orientation sessions and assist with setting up accounts, equipment, and access for new employees.
- Support the enhancement of training materials and department training program needs.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Maintain organized recruitment and employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Support People & Talent initiatives, tracking progress and providing updates on key metrics.
- Assist with various administrative tasks related to employee lifecycle and talent or training programs.
What You Bring
- 2 years of experience in recruiting, talent coordination, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to engage effectively with candidates and team members.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a “get it done” attitude.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, onboarding tools, and recruiting platforms required.
- Experience supporting training programs or employee development initiatives is desirable.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $60,000 – 65,000
