In-store, the Customer Service Representative engages directly with customers to showcase AT&T’s cell phones and data plans, ensuring they find the perfect fit for their lifestyle.
As a Customer Service Representative, you serve as a frontline sales representative within our stores, supporting our customers as they explore wireless solutions that fit their needs. The Customer Service Representative role blends product knowledge, customer education, and sales, ensuring our customers receive a clear, confident, and value‑driven experience.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative
- Engage with customers in -store about their phone and data needs, making sure they feel welcome and understood.
- Break down phone specs, upgrades, and trade-in values so our customers know exactly what they’re getting.
- Ask the right questions, like how they use data, to find the perfect AT&T plan for them.
- Walk customers through phone and plan comparisons so they can make a confident choice.
- Double-check customer details to avoid mix-ups with activations, upgrades, or account changes.
- Stay active on the floor to help the sales team hit sales goals and keep customers moving through the store.
Qualifications of a Customer Service Representative
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Passionate about customer engagement or sales is a plus; no prior experience required.
- Quick learner when it comes to AT&T’s latest phones, upgrades, and trade-in options.
- Patient and a good listener; asks the right questions to figure out what customers need.
- Works well with others, helps the sales team succeed, and keeps the store running smoothly.
Pay: $48,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
