Core Functions of the Fiber Sales Representative
- Meet directly with residential customers to introduce AT&T Fiber services and explain available internet solutions.
- Help customers understand the benefits of fiber connectivity and how it supports their household needs.
- Guide customers through the decision-making process by recommending services that align with their usage habits and preferences.
- Generate sales by creating engaging conversations and identifying opportunities to add value for customers.
