Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and execute secondary investment opportunities across various transaction types
- Lead financial analysis, credit underwriting, valuation, and due diligence processes
- Support deal structuring, negotiation, and execution from initial review through close
- Monitor portfolio investments, including performance analysis and ongoing credit assessment
- Prepare investment committee materials and present findings to senior leadership
- Work closely with management teams, external advisors, and financing counterparties
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of investment best practices
Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in private credit, direct lending, secondaries, leveraged finance, or investment banking
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and valuation skills
- Experience with complex capital structures and credit documentation
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
