About the Role
You’ll lead recruiting, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations across multiple locations. This is a fast-paced, execution-focused environment where strong relationships and clear processes are key.
This is a hands-on role—you’ll both manage and improve systems that help the business grow and perform.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Hiring
Manage full-cycle recruiting across office and field roles
Partner with leaders to define hiring needs
Improve job descriptions, interview processes, and selection tools
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
Onboarding & New Hire Experience
Own and enhance the onboarding process
Ensure new hires are fully prepared from day one
Align managers and employees on expectations
Track onboarding progress and early performance
Employee Development
Help define role expectations and performance standards
Support training and development initiatives
Provide tools for coaching and employee growth
Assist with career path development
HR Operations & Support
Serve as the main HR contact for employees and managers
Support employee relations and performance conversations
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance
Keep HR practices consistent across all locations
Culture & Leadership Support
Reinforce a culture of accountability and growth
Support performance management and feedback processes
Identify ways to improve engagement and retention
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5 years of progressive HR experience (multi-site or construction environment preferred)
Strong recruiting and onboarding experience (hourly and professional roles)
Solid knowledge of employee relations and HR compliance
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills
HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
Salary : $90,000 - $130,000
