We are seeking an Office Manager to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting the day-to-day operations of our business with responsibilities spanning marketing, operations, and financial activities. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to learn with a passion for delivering exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Support daily property operations to ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and service standards.
- Assist with financial tasks including vendor invoice processing, monthly reporting, budgeting, and tenant billing/reconciliations.
- Coordinate lease administration activities, tenant move-ins and move-outs, property inspections, and vendor service scheduling.
- Respond to tenant needs promptly while maintaining strong communication with tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
- Support emergency preparedness, property readiness, and general administrative functions as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience & Technical Skills: 3-5 years related experience; advanced Microsoft Office skills; knowledge of payroll processes; strong understanding of financial terms and basic calculations.
- Analytical & Organizational Strengths: Ability to interpret documents, analyze options, solve problems, and manage multiple tasks with strong organization and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Communication & Customer Service: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proven record of delivering excellent customer service and building consensus.
- Additional Requirements: Ability to travel to properties, work after hours as needed, operate fully onsite, and preferably have experience with commercial, retail, or industrial properties.
