Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Laser Hair Removal Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience performing laser hair removal treatments, a strong understanding of skin types and safety protocols, and a passion for delivering excellent client care. Experience with additional aesthetic treatments is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform laser hair removal treatments safely and effectively across various skin types
- Conduct thorough client consultations, including medical history and skin assessments
- Educate clients on treatment plans, expectations, and post-care instructions
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records
- Ensure all treatments are performed in compliance with state regulations and safety standards
- Properly maintain and sanitize equipment and treatment rooms
- Recommend additional services and skincare products when appropriate
- Stay current on industry trends, technology, and best practices
Qualifications
- Active Arizona Aesthetician or Laser Technician License (as required by state regulations)
- Certification in laser hair removal required
- 1 years of hands-on laser hair removal experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of laser safety and skin physiology
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Sales-minded with the ability to recommend services and products
- Experience with other aesthetic treatments is a plus
