Duration is 18 months - location is Pomona. They will need to be onsite 2 days a week.
This is more of an entry level position for them. If you can find someone that has PM or Project coordination in the construction space - this would be great - not necessary though.
This is a very task driven position.
Working on the implementation of a new program for residential and business customers. This person will be managing the intake of customers signing up through their portal for services.
VERY VERY big on customer service. This job does NOT need utlities.
This is more of a support function position.
Good comms and sense of urgency are important.
They will be doing document review and data collection then working with customers to be sure they have all of the information they need to get them set up.
Candidates must be very detailed.
Work Hours: 7:00am - 4:00pm
Work Days: Monday - Friday
Job Responsibilities: 1.1. Support project management staff in completing necessary tasks/deliverables to ensure project success
1.2. Input data and records into tracking systems, project management tools, and firm systems of record ensuring data integrity
1.3. Collaborate and communicate with both internal and external stakeholders on project status
1.4. Perform necessary tasks to ensure project completion such as (but not limited to):
1.4.1. Sending easement requests
1.4.2. Sending contracts/invoices
1.4.3. Confirming receipt of payment/executed contracts
1.4.4. Releasing meters to firm operations personnel
1.4.5. Checking project status and dependencies, and communicating status to internal and external stakeholders
1.4.6. Inputting data into firm systems
1.4.7. Generating reports regarding project status/health and providing to both internal and external stakeholders
1.4.8. Processing initial customer submittals, and routing the submittals to the appropriate stakeholders
1.4.9. Sending/Receiving documents, designs, etc. as required to both internal and external stakeholders
1.5. Attend status update calls with stakeholders, and presenting on current project status
1.6. Perform ad-hoc reviews and/or generate ad-hoc reports, as required by leadership in support of corporate goals/initiatives
Job Qualifications: 1. Min High School Diploma or equivalent
2. Min. 2 years analytical experience reviewing and interpreting data sets
3. Min. 2 years project coordination/management experience
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
5. Utility industry experience preferred
6. Experience with database software (Access, SAP, or equivalent)
Field work not required, the onsite work will be done from an business office
Construction project coordination background is not required, but preferred. Managers will consider project coordination background from business or IT projects as well.
This role is customer facing, so excellent customer service and communication is required. This role is focused on project support and very task oriented.
Salary : $26 - $35
