- Create and execute innovative strategies that will drive the hotel to exceed guest satisfactions and revenues.
- Lead and supervise daily hotel operations across departments such as front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure brand and company standards are met.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, manage guest relations, and resolve issues promptly with a focus on exceeding expectations.
- Understands employee and guest satisfaction results and communicates game plans to address need areas and expand on the strengths
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, hotel policies, and quality standards while maintaining a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike.
- Lead the required annual Quality audit.
- Remain highly visible and interface with guests on a regular basis to obtain feedback on service levels, and overall satisfaction.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as an Operations Manager in a full-service hotel is required.
- Proven supervising experience in guest services and hotel experience.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams across multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.
- Extensive knowledge of hospitality management practices, front desk operations, and guest relations.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Strong organizational skills with experience in budgeting, night audit procedures, hotel/resort operations, and multi-line phone systems.
- Must be efficient in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex situations confidently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
