This IS NOT a remote position. This is a fast paced, very busy, in office position.
Are you outgoing, self-motivated, organized, a quick learner and ready for a challenge? If so, this customer service position could be for you. Full-Time, Monday-Friday, no evenings or weekends in a growing insurance agency. Insurance license is not need to apply but experience is preferred. Generous wages if you prove to be truly awesome!!

Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls, take detailed messages and document in agency system
- Collect & apply client payments and answer billing questions
- Daily administrative task such as filing, mailings and data entry
- Constantly update job knowledge and learn about new products and services
Skills Required
- Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office, Ezlynx is a plus
- Experience with client relationships and service
- High school diploma, college a plus
- Detail orientated and self starter
- Organization and follow through task a must
- Be able to multi-task and be goal oriented wanting to advance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
