Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information about products and services, assisting with client questions and concerns
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using data entry systems
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Handle cash transactions when necessary with integrity and accuracy
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily
- Assist in outbound calling campaigns to promote products or gather customer feedback
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and resolve complex issues
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools to document customer interactions and generate reports
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, especially in English and other languages
- Proven experience in customer support or call center environments is preferred
- Strong data entry skills with high typing accuracy and speed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills
