- Manage daily operations of LIHTC properties, including leasing, rent collection, and maintenance coordination
- Ensure compliance with LIHTC regulations, Fair Housing laws, and Section 8 guidelines
- Utilize OneSite property management software to accurately perform data entry, reporting, and record keeping
- Oversee lease negotiations, contract management, and legal administrative processes related to property leasing and tenant agreements
- Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance requests through facilities management systems
- Handle customer service inquiries with professionalism and courtesy via phone and in person, fostering positive resident relationships
- Maintain detailed filing systems for legal documents, tenant files, and compliance records; manage conflict resolution effectively
- Upsell available amenities or services to enhance resident satisfaction and retention while adhering to ethical sales practices
- Collaborate with legal teams on landlord-tenant law issues and resolve disputes or conflicts efficiently
- Proven experience in property management with a focus on LIHTC programs or affordable housing environments
- Strong knowledge of LIHTC regulations, Fair Housing laws, Section 8 programs, and related legal frameworks
- Proficiency with a Property Management software such as OneSite, or the like, Office software (Excel, Word), etc., for data entry, reporting, and facilities management
- Demonstrated ability to manage contracts, negotiate terms, and handle legal administrative tasks confidently
- Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette; adept at conflict management and resolution
- Experience in real estate administrative functions such as filing, data entry, and maintaining compliance documentation
- Familiarity with landlord-tenant law and fair housing regulations to ensure lawful property operations
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
