Title: Ecommerce Manager
Reports to: Head of E-commerce
A luxury accessories brand based in NYC is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to drive the day-to-day performance and evolution of the company's online business. This role will oversee site operations, lead cross-functional initiatives to improve the digital customer experience, and identify opportunities to grow key ecommerce KPIs. The E-Commerce Manager will partner closely with internal teams and external partners to manage site content, launch new features and experiences, and help shape the ecommerce roadmap as the company continues to scale.
This role is hybrid, with three days per week in office.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day management of the ecommerce platform, ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and functionality to ensure a frictionless, best-in-class consumer experience.
- Lead site marketing planning from content to new launches in partnership with cross-functional teams for a 360, cohesive consumer experience across digital channels/platforms.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to identify site opportunities/experiences that enhance the consumer shopping experience. Provide KPIs and actionable insights on performance that ladder up to business objectives/goals.
- Work x-functionally with analytics and marketing partners to understand conversion funnels, identify key customer friction points, and create opportunities that aim to increase conversion, AOV, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Partner with external technical partners in project prioritization, sprint planning, UAT and production pushes.
- Collaborate with the Head of Ecommerce and key stakeholders to develop ecommerce strategies to drive key KPIs and business goals.
- Actively manage third party relationships as the main point of contact. Ensure and maintain a positive relationship while acting on behalf of the company at all times
- Stay up to date with evolving e-commerce/digital and retail trends, and initiate tactics to enhance and optimize site experience.
- Build strong partnerships across ecommerce team members and cross functional teams to foster collaborative relationships.
Our Ideal Candidate
- 4 years experience in ecommerce, with proven success managing site content and operations while delivering measurable results in a multi-channel environment.
- Experience with ecommerce platforms, CMS, merchandising tools, and project management systems; familiarity working with OMS a plus.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead initiatives across multiple stakeholders and translate data and insights into actionable plans.
- Analytical and solutions-oriented, with experience identifying business challenges and driving initiatives from concept through implementation.
- Deep attention to detail and dedication to accuracy and precision.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity in an entrepreneurial environment, with a bias for action and ability to move projects forward.
- Customer-centric mindset, with an understanding of how digital experiences impact engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Ability to influence cross-functional partners and drive alignment to execute solutions and achieve business goals.
- Strong sense of ownership, with a desire to drive change, improve processes, and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Experience with analytics tools such as GA4, Looker, BI tools, Fullstory, or Amplitude.
- Highly detail-oriented, strategic, and creative, with strong problem-solving skills.

Compensation: $100,000-$110,000 plus bonus
