Our client is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Director of Operations & Continuous Improvement to lead operational transformation across a complex, high-volume enterprise environment.
This role is responsible for improving organizational performance through operational excellence, process optimization, technology adoption, data-driven decision making, and leadership development. You'll lead large, cross-functional teams while driving measurable improvements in quality, productivity, efficiency, and financial performance.
We're looking for leaders who have successfully managed mission-critical operations where disciplined execution, technical expertise, accountability, and continuous improvement were essential to success.

What You'll Do
- Lead enterprise operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and execute strategies that improve quality, productivity, cost, and operational performance.
- Standardize workflows, operating procedures, governance, and performance management across multiple teams.
- Build KPI-driven operating rhythms using dashboards, scorecards, and performance metrics.
- Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement initiatives to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
- Champion automation, AI, and technology solutions that enhance operational effectiveness.
- Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives from strategy through execution.
- Coach and develop managers and future leaders while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Partner with executive leadership to align operational priorities with long-term business strategy.
- Drive disciplined problem solving through root cause analysis and data-driven decision making.
