Director of Operations

The Director of Operations at M-W Electric is a key executive role charged with overseeing and improving day-to-day operations across the organization. Your responsibility will lie in ensuring our business's efficiency by improving the quality of our services and products. You will work directly with cross-functional teams and senior management, formulating strategies that nurture innovation, improve operational efficiency, and sustain growth.

Responsibilities

• Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
• Examine and reshape operational processes.
• Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget.
• Track operational objectives and report on the company's performance.
• Promote a culture of growth, cooperation and mutual teamwork among employees.
• Manage strategic relationships and partnerships with external partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.
• Engage with the management team in setting company policies and strategic goals.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Director of Operations or equivalent position.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Strong knowledge of industry’s legal rules and guidelines.
• In-depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles.
• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics.
• BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus.
• Outstanding communication and people skills.
• Ability to make strategic, critical decisions and problem-solving skills.
