Role: Senior Property Accountant
Salary $85K- $95K BONUS
Location: Broward
Hours: 7 am- 4 pm
The Property Accountant will be responsible for (4) commercial properties.
The portfolio consists of Commercial properties (both office and industrial), 4 properties
18 buildings Approx. 250 tenants.
- Full cycle accounting, up to financial statement preparation
- Invoice coding
- Posting charges
- Accruals
- Journal entries, month-end balance sheet
- Proficient in Excel
- Must have Yardi and commercial property experience
- Degree preferred, not required
Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
