What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nanny position at Confidental?
We are seeking a reliable, experienced full-time nanny to care for our almost 3-year-old and 6-year-old. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience working with children in this age range, either in a private household or daycare setting.
Responsibilities include:
- Planning and facilitating educational, age-appropriate, and interactive activities
- Preparing meals and snacks for the children
- Light housekeeping related to the children
- Maintaining a safe, structured, and engaging environment
- Encouraging an interactive, hands-on approach (limited screen and tablet use)
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant childcare experience
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation
- Valid passport
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- (Occasional after-hours or weekend availability may be required)
- Willingness to travel occasionally with the family
- Open to live-in arrangements (candidate must handle their own relocation)
