Job Duties:
Your role will involve receiving assignments from the CEO, focusing on marketing and research initiatives. This includes crafting and dispatching targeted emails to contacts and potential new law firm hires. You'll be engaging with a wide range of lawyer partners and groups represented by our agency worldwide.
Your focus will be on email marketing and precisely curating relevant contacts for diverse law firms across the globe. This entails monitoring responses, ensuring timely follow-ups on lawyer submissions, and fostering strong relationships with our law firm clientele and their teams.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual seeking a productive workday, with minimal phone-based or verbal interactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable 4-year college, with a GPA of 3.3 or higher.
- Typing speed of 65 words per minute (WPM).
- Exceptional proficiency in spelling and grammar.
- Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a preference for structured work.
- Proficient in computer usage and database management.
- Openness to constructive feedback and a drive to improve one's work.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic, including reliable attendance, and is collaborative in a team environment.

Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6 AM - 2:30 PM (PST) * Please note overtime is available and, on occasion, required.
Location: In Person at the Westwood Office in Los Angeles, CA 90024
