We're looking for an energetic Marketing Specialist who can speak and tell our story to Gen X, Y and Z. We are a startup, so you'd gain incredible experience while growing with us. This is the perfect opportunity for a recent graduate who wants hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media, and brand growth.
Role Description
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital platforms.
- Create engaging content (posts, stories, graphics, short videos) tailored for Instagram, Facebook, and by professionally speaking to businesses on LinkedIn.
- Support the development of influencer and local business partnerships to promote the app.
- Monitor industry and competitor trends to identify opportunities for user growth.
- Help manage brands' voice across all communication channels.
- Track marketing metrics (impressions, engagement, sign-ups) and prepare weekly reports.
- Collaborate with the product and design teams to align marketing efforts with new app features.
- Brainstorm creative ideas to attract both users and businesses to the platform.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Web Analytics and Online Marketing
- Know how to speak to Generation Z mostly and generation secondly X and Y
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Marketing Automation
- Excellent strategic planning and analytical thinking skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience in online marketing or a related field; a relevant degree is preferred
