What are the responsibilities and job description for the Companion For Lady-Green Ridge Court-Monday/Wednesday/Friday-1:00 pm-5:00 pm position at Companion Home Care?
This is a true companion position as the lady just needs an extra hand after recovering and having weakness from a stroke. She's mobile with a cane, but doesn't drive anymore. Light housekeeping, laundry, help with meal preparation (she can't stand long enough to prepare meals but used to love to cook). She just bought a bread maker, and she and the current caregiver have enjoyed this new kitchen addition. The companion will drive her car to take her shopping and to appointments. She is physically able to do what she needs, but acknowledges that life is easier with another lady in the home to help, and she enjoys the companionship.
Monday/Wednesday/Friday- 1:00 pm- 5:00 pm
Background check and drug test pre-employment

Pay: $15.00 per hour
