Strong branch traffic enables you to build relationships face-to-face with members, and engage in deep conversation to uncover their financial needs. As our Member Service Representative, you will:
- Champion member relationships. Meet with members to understand their financial goals, and match them with the right products and services that support their long-term success.
- Empower financial well-being. Open and support accounts—checking, savings, IRAs, and more—while providing lending solutions tailored to member needs.
- Engage in the community. Represent CFCU locally and build lasting connections that demonstrate the cooperative difference.
- Deliver hands-on service. From teller transactions to loans, step in where needed to ensure members always experience the highest level of care.
What we're looking for:
- Associate's degree in banking, finance, business, or a related field
- Two years of relevant experience; prior lending and financial services experience is preferred
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and web-based software packages
- The ability to work hard, find solutions, and have fun
- Above all: a passion for helping people and advancing the credit union’s member-first mission
Branch Hours:
Drive-up: Mon–Fri 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
Lobby: Mon–Wed 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; Thu–Fri 8:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m.; Sat 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
This position follows our branch hours, including a rotating Saturday schedule.
