I graduated from Antigo High School and went on to earn my Bachelor’s degree from UW Green Bay. I started my journey with State Farm in May of 2020 as an Agent Team Member and opened my own agency in May of 2022. We’re currently a growing team of four and are building something special together. Our culture is friendly, laidback, and family-oriented. We work hard, but we also believe in enjoying the process. Flexibility and creating a supportive, family atmosphere are very important to me.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Arika Alft - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
