Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of public areas, and back-of-house spaces to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to maintain a polished appearance throughout the property.
- Assist with hotel-related tasks such as replenishing supplies, delivering amenities, and supporting housekeeping staff with various duties.
- Maintain cleanliness of hallways, stairwells, elevators, lobbies, and other common areas to ensure a welcoming environment for guests.
- Support janitorial functions by managing waste disposal, restocking cleaning supplies, and ensuring all equipment is properly maintained.
- Execute industrial cleaning tasks when necessary, including deep cleaning of larger areas or specialized equipment.
- Assist with custodial responsibilities across different departments to promote a safe and hygienic environment.
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure all cleanliness protocols are followed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services; hotel or hospitality experience is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet maintenance.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and products used in large-scale or commercial settings.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy items, standing for extended periods, and bending or kneeling as needed.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour
