- The Houseman at Cescaphe Event Group is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of events by maintaining the cleanliness and organization of event spaces. This role is crucial in providing an exceptional experience for guests by supporting the setup, maintenance, and breakdown of event venues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, and other furniture according to event specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of event areas before, during, and after events, ensuring all spaces are presentable and meet company standards.
- Collaborate with event coordinators and other staff to ensure smooth transitions during events and address any immediate needs or issues that arise.
- Manage inventory of event supplies and report any shortages or damages to the appropriate personnel.
- Support the logistics team in the transportation and placement of event materials and equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Adhere to safety and health regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the event management team to contribute to the overall success of events.
