There is a particular satisfaction that comes from a job well done — from a lobby that gleams, a hallway that invites, and a guest room that welcomes a weary traveler home. If you take pride in that kind of craftsmanship, we would like to talk to you.
Fairfield Inn & Suites Philadelphia Broomall/Newtown Square is seeking a dependable, detail-driven professional to help maintain the pristine standards our guests have come to expect. Nestled along Philadelphia’s storied Main Line, just minutes from the charm of Newtown Square and the energy of Center City, our hotel serves as a home base for business travelers, families, and explorers discovering everything from Longwood Gardens to the historic streets of downtown Philly.
Why You’ll Enjoy This Role
- You genuinely enjoy cleaning and take pride in transforming spaces — this is where that passion is put to excellent use.
- You’ll be part of a tight-knit, supportive team that values collaboration as much as individual initiative.
- Every shift offers variety — no two days look exactly alike, keeping your work engaging and hands-on.
- You’ll play a visible, essential role in shaping the first and lasting impressions our guests take with them.
What We’re Looking For
- A dependable individual who shows up ready to work and can be counted on, shift after shift.
- A team player who communicates well and supports colleagues across departments.
- Someone with an eye for detail and genuine satisfaction in maintaining clean, organized, welcoming spaces.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn hotel operations from the ground up.
