Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeping Attendant to join our team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort in residential settings. Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, floor care, carpet cleaning, and surface sanitation
• Willing to work weekends and some holidays.
• Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to ensure hygiene standards are met
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items with care
• Use manual handling techniques safely when lifting heavy objects or furniture during cleaning tasks
• Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, and specialized floor care methods to preserve their appearance and safety
• Operate cleaning equipment efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines for janitorial and custodial tasks
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific needs and provide excellent customer service in residential settings

Qualifications

• Proven experience in custodial work, janitorial services, or residential cleaning is preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning, and sanitation practices
• Familiarity with cleaning detergents, equipment operation, and safety procedures for manual handling and heavy lifting
• Must be responsible for other peoples belongings. No record of theft.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the workday
• Excellent client communication skills with a friendly attitude towards residents or customers
• Outdoor work experience is a plus for maintaining exterior areas or outdoor furniture as needed

Pay: $13.73 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 40.0 per week
