Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during the night shift, providing exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in property management systems (PMS) and hotel reservation systems such as OPERA
• Prepare detailed reports on daily revenue, guest accounts, and operational activities for management review
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly using effective phone etiquette and customer service problem-solving skills
• Monitor security cameras and conduct property inspections to maintain safety and security standards
• Manage multi-line phone systems to answer guest calls, reservations, and internal communications efficiently
• Follow hotel emergency procedures to respond swiftly to incidents or safety concerns during overnight hours

Skills

• Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles, including front desk operations and guest services
• Experience with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance client communication and guest relations
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and client communication
• Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, night audit processes, and security protocols
• Ability to operate multi-line phone systems confidently while maintaining professional phone etiquette
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage night audit tasks accurately and efficiently
