Reporting directly to the Chancellor, and overseeing the Institutional Research and Business Intelligence group, this position serves as a key member of the executive leadership team and plays a pivotal role in ensuring the effectiveness, efficiency, and alignment of our academic, business, and student success initiatives across the state.

Examples of Duties
- Provide strategic and operational leadership to the System Office, fostering collaboration and innovation across all divisions.
- Serve as a trusted partner and thought leader to the Chancellor — coordinating priorities, facilitating executive initiatives, and ensuring timely execution on key goals.
- Lead the development, monitoring, and advancement of CCCS’s strategic plan and top systemwide initiatives.
- Guide senior leaders and presidents toward a shared vision of excellence, efficiency, and student success.
- Represent CCCS with internal and external stakeholders, promoting the system’s mission, values, and impact across Colorado.
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university. A bachelor’s degree and two additional years of related experience may substitute for the master’s degree.
- At least five years of senior leadership experience, preferably within a complex higher education or public-sector organization.
- A track record of success leading large-scale strategic or organizational change initiatives.

- The office for this position is located at 9101 E. Lowry Blvd., Denver, CO 80230.
- Regular travel, typically in-state, to on- and off-site meetings, will be required.
- Alternative Work Arrangements, including flexible schedules and hybrid-remote work, may be available. All work must be completed in the state of Colorado.
