Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Independent Insurance Agent to join our team. Based in Longview, WA, this hybrid role offers a mix of in-office and work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships, offering tailored insurance solutions, scheduling appointments, conducting policy reviews, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also engage in business development efforts, assist with enrollment processes, and ensure compliance with industry regulations while helping clients select benefits packages to meet their unique needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
• Experience in Finance, particularly in advising clients on financial protection solutions
• Strong Customer Service skills with a commitment to delivering excellent client experiences
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with a wide range of clients
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven ability to work in both independent and hybrid roles
• Previous experience in insurance or financial services is advantageous but not required
• Active state insurance license, or willingness to obtain one, is required
