Agency Sales Representative

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Sales Representative based in Nashville, TN. The Agency Sales Representative will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with clients, generating new leads, providing effective financial protection solutions, and achieving sales targets. The role includes prospecting businesses, presenting Colonial Life’s products and services, and supporting clients throughout the onboarding process while ensuring their long-term satisfaction.

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Sales and negotiation skills, along with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts and responsibilities efficiently
• Proficiency in using technology such as CRM software and other sales tools
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the insurance industry is a plus
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
