What You’ll Do:
* Meet with businesses and employees to explain benefit options
* Help employees enroll in workplace insurance plans
* Support employers with managing their benefits programs
* Answer questions about coverage, claims, and policies
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Lead group presentations and one-on-one consultations
* Stay up to date on benefit products and industry trends
What We’re Looking For
* Strong communication and people skills
* Customer service or consulting experience preferred
* Knowledge of employee benefits or insurance is a plus
* Comfortable presenting to groups and meeting with clients
* Organized and able to manage multiple accounts
* Ability to work on-site in Chattanooga, TN and surrounding areas
* Individuals who are already licensed in Life & Health insurance or motivated individuals interested in obtaining their Life & Health insurance license
