- Prospecting & Pipeline Management: Find new business opportunities, qualify leads, and secure commitments to establish new clients.
- B2B Presentations: Schedule and conduct sales presentations directly with employers and benefits decision-makers.
- Consultative Advising: Grow your knowledge of our coverage options to guide potential customers into making informed protection choices for their families.
- Enrollment & Tech Execution: Embrace modern digital CRM, sales-tracking tools, and virtual meeting platforms to ensure seamless client enrollments.
- Account Longevity: Provide ongoing service to existing accounts, respond to client inquiries, and maintain deep territory engagement.
- Drive & Leadership: Competitive, self-motivated team players with a strict commitment to excellence and customer service. Previous sales, business development, or account management experience is preferred but not required.
- Communication Mastery: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills, with the ability to break down complex benefit solutions into clear, accessible terms.
- Territory Planning: Ability to autonomously manage multiple accounts, leads, and deadlines effectively.
- Licensing: Active State Life & Health Insurance license required, or the ability and drive to obtain it within a defined timeframe (training and licensing assistance can be provided).
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications is a plus.
- Cultural Asset: Bilingual fluency in Spanish/English is a distinct advantage.
