Job Title: IT Technical Support Role Location: Chandler, AZ Work Arrangement: Hybrid Client Industry: Banking Duration: 12-18 Months Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM EST Required Skills: Experience in IT support or customer service. Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows OS, MS Office, Office 365, VPN, Citrix, and networking issues. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload efficiently. Excellent communication and client service skills. Experience with ITSM Remedy (preferred but not essential). Ability to work in a fast-paced 24x7 environment. Compensation Hourly Rate: $19 - $20 per hour This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
