Position Overview
A leading organization is seeking a customer-focused Technical Support Center Specialist to provide remote technical support across the enterprise. This role is primarily focused on software and application support, including troubleshooting internally supported and custom business applications in a fast-paced, ticket-driven environment. Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support to end users across various business units
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software, custom applications, and Microsoft-based systems
- Manage and resolve 15–20 support tickets per day using a ticketing system
- Support users with Microsoft technologies, including enterprise business applications and related tools
- Deliver high-quality customer service in a call-center-style support environment
- Document issues, resolutions, and processes accurately within the ticketing system
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
- Maintain adherence to SLAs and ensure timely issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of technical support experience
- Proven experience in remote technical support environments
- Strong background in software/application support
- Exposure to or experience supporting custom/internal business applications
- Familiarity with Microsoft environments; experience with enterprise business systems is highly preferred
- Experience using a ticketing system or comparable support platform
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
