Sourcer Contract: New York , New York, US Salary Range: 35.00 - 40.00 | Per Hour Job Code: 369317 End Date: 2026-06-11 Days Left: 22 days, 21 hours left Pay Range: $35-40/hour Detailed Job Description: Title: Sourcer Duration: 05 -06 Months (Extension/Conversion based on performance) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: Remote Opportunity Description: Must Haves 1. Recruiting Technology and Tools Proficiency 2. Data Analysis and Talent Insights 3. Proficiency in MS Office Suite 4. Skilled Trade Recruiting EXP This is a sourcing role - will not be client facing but will need high volume hourly and skilled trades sourcing experience. Similar to Ta but will work directly with our TA Specialists vs having contact with the Hiring Managers - they will work behind the scenes to source, screen and scheduled high volume production and skilled trade roles, as needed.
