Pay Grade & Range: Level 1$19.38- $22.24 (This is a representation of the position’s entire pay grade range. Starting pay is based on an individual’s skills, experience, and at the discretion of the hiring team.)
Status: This is a full-time; hourly position
Hours: Monday – Friday: 6:00am – 3:00pm; overtime as needed
JOB SUMMARY: As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for the manufacturing and fabrication of Stone Panels as needed to meet customer and quality requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Must be able to communicate and work well within a team
- Be able to operate hand and power tools
- Follow all safety rules and regulations
- Have the ability to work in a manufacturing environment
- Able to meet predetermined time requirements per production needs
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Be a team player and positively interact with others
- Able to read a standard and/or metric measuring tape
- Possess good problem solving skills, attitude, and attention to detail
- Be able to read, write, and communicate in English
- Participate in CI and 5S programs
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Must be able to stand for a entire 8 hour shift
- Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs
- Wear Personal Protection Equipment as required per job/area
- Work in a non-climate controlled environment
