JOB INFO:
Location: Cold Spring, MN
Wage: $16/hour $4 retention bonus
NOTE: Retention bonus is paid out at the end of the summer based on work performance and attendance.
The employee must work through the summer OR another date that is pre-set by the applicant and the supervisor.
Status: This is a temporary; full-time hourly position for the duration of the summer
Hours: 5:00am - 3:30pm Monday – Thursday; Fridays as needed and overtime as needed

- Operating equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Performing 5S and TPM duties as assigned
- Cross-training on other machines in the area as needed
- Performing other duties as assigned
- Must be 17 years old or older
- Read and understand a tape measure
- Read and understand shop tickets
- Able to stand for the entire shift
- Be a self-motivated worker that can also work on a team
- Works with limited supervision
- Lifts up to 50 - 70 lbs.
