Breakfast Attendant
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Set up breakfast buffet according to established standards
- Ensure all food items are fresh, properly displayed, and replenished as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations
- Assist guests with any special requests or dietary restrictions
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and courteously
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines while handling and serving food
- Assist with bussing tables and clearing dishes as needed
Skills:
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality preferred
- Knowledge of food service procedures and standards
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic math skills for processing guest payments using the POS system
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
