Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience
- Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, addressing guest inquiries promptly and courteously
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations with enthusiasm and efficiency.
- Maintain smooth front desk operations by coordinating reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
- Assist with guest relations by providing local information, directions, and personalized recommendations
- Ensure the security of the hotel premises by monitoring access points and adhering to safety protocols
Qualifications
- Front desk operations within a hospitality setting
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally
- Knowledge of hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is preferred
- Previous experience with night audit procedures or hotel experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction techniques
- Ability to work independently during evening shifts while maintaining high energy levels and positive attitude
- Clean driving record. Will help with evening shuttle
- Bartender Licence
