Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, providing outstanding guest services throughout the night shift
- Manage check-in and check-out processes accurately using hotel management systems
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring all transactions are correctly recorded and discrepancies are resolved promptly
- Handle all incoming phone calls with professionalism, utilizing multi-line phone systems and maintaining excellent phone etiquette
- Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting visual inspections of public areas, and managing access control for staff and guests
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure smooth handovers between shifts
- Address guest inquiries or concerns efficiently, demonstrating strong guest relations skills and hospitality management expertise
- Learning of different Shifts and what each shift does.
Skills
- Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality roles with a focus on front desk operations and night audit procedures
