Duties
- Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during night hours with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive experience.
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently using hotel management software such as OPERA or similar systems.
- Reconcile daily financial transactions, including billing, payments, and account adjustments, to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor security cameras and conduct routine safety checks to uphold hotel safety procedures.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, or complaints with a friendly attitude and effective problem-solving skills.
- Maintain detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as answering multi-line phone systems, managing guest accounts, and handling correspondence with professionalism.
Skills
- Experience in hospitality a plus or we will train.
- Familiarity with computer programs a must.
- Excellent customer service skills combined with phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi-line phone systems smoothly.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for financial reconciliation and record accuracy.
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high energy levels and professionalism.
