Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of hotel rooms and public spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a spotless environment
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens with care and efficiency
• Maintain impeccable floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and applying appropriate treatments to preserve flooring quality
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest promptly and professionally
• Conduct detailed cleaning of bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas following established protocols for sanitation and hygiene
• Manage janitorial supplies inventory, restocking materials as needed to ensure continuous cleaning operations
• Adhere to safety guidelines and proper cleaning procedures to promote a healthy environment for all occupants

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and janitorial procedures
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending comfortably during cleaning routines
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor
• Familiarity with laundry processes and equipment operation
• Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeper is a plus but not required
• Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
