- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, residential units, or common areas using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment
- Dust surfaces, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and care for floor surfaces to ensure a spotless environment
- Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently
- Maintain sanitation standards by implementing proper cleaning and sanitation procedures regularly
- Use manual handling techniques safely when moving furniture or heavy items during deep cleaning tasks
- Communicate professionally with clients or residents to understand their cleaning preferences and address any special requests
- Conduct outdoor work such as patio or balcony cleaning when required to uphold overall property cleanliness
Qualifications
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care, carpet cleaning, and the use of various cleaning equipment is essential
