Closing Hub, a title and closing company proudly affiliated with Kris Lindahl Real Estate, is seeking a Client Care Coordinator to help deliver an exceptional closing experience for our clients and partners. This role is perfect for someone who loves helping people, thrives on communication, and takes pride in creating a smooth and stress-free experience. As the primary point of contact throughout the transaction process, you'll keep clients informed, answer questions, coordinate communication, and ensure every closing feels seamless from start to finish. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, positive, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders throughout the closing process
- Provide timely transaction updates and respond to client inquiries
- Coordinate scheduling for closings and related appointments
- Monitor files and communicate outstanding items to all parties
- Assist in preparing clients for closing by setting expectations and providing clear next steps
- Maintain accurate notes and communication records
- Support Escrow Officers and Title Processors with client-facing communication
- Deliver a world-class customer experience from contract to close
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, real estate, title, escrow, mortgage, lending, or transaction coordination preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive, professional, and service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Compensation & Benefits
- $45,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience
