Closing Hub, a title and closing company proudly affiliated with Kris Lindahl Real Estate, is seeking an experienced Escrow Officer to join our growing team. We are looking for a confident, service-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional closing experiences. This role is responsible for managing real estate transactions from contract to close, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless experience for clients and partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, solutions-oriented, and capable of managing a high-volume pipeline while building strong relationships with agents, lenders, buyers, sellers, and industry partners.
Responsibilities
- Manage residential real estate transactions from opening through closing and funding
- Prepare and review closing documents, settlement statements, and closing disclosures
- Balance and reconcile files prior to closing
- Coordinate with lenders, agents, buyers, sellers, attorneys, and title professionals
- Ensure compliance with all title, escrow, and regulatory requirements
- Conduct closings and facilitate successful transaction completion
- Resolve closing-related issues with professionalism and urgency
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the closing process
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Qualifications
- Previous Escrow Officer experience required
- Strong understanding of title, escrow, and closing processes
- Experience managing multiple transactions simultaneously
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Problem-solving mindset with a commitment to accuracy and service
Compensation & Benefits
- $75,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience
