Closing Hub, a title and closing company proudly affiliated with Kris Lindahl Real Estate, is seeking an experienced Escrow Officer to join our growing team. We are looking for a confident, service-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional closing experiences. This role is responsible for managing real estate transactions from contract to close, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless experience for clients and partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, solutions-oriented, and capable of managing a high-volume pipeline while building strong relationships with agents, lenders, buyers, sellers, and industry partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential real estate transactions from opening through closing and funding
• Prepare and review closing documents, settlement statements, and closing disclosures
• Balance and reconcile files prior to closing
• Coordinate with lenders, agents, buyers, sellers, attorneys, and title professionals
• Ensure compliance with all title, escrow, and regulatory requirements
• Conduct closings and facilitate successful transaction completion
• Resolve closing-related issues with professionalism and urgency
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the closing process
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

Qualifications

• Previous Escrow Officer experience required
• Strong understanding of title, escrow, and closing processes
• Experience managing multiple transactions simultaneously
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Problem-solving mindset with a commitment to accuracy and service

Compensation & Benefits

• $75,000 - $110,000 annually, depending on experience
