Closing Hub, a title and closing company proudly affiliated with Kris Lindahl Real Estate, is growing and looking for a highly experienced Remote Escrow Officer to join our team.
This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for a proven escrow professional who has successfully managed a high-volume pipeline, can independently clear title, coordinate transactions from contract to close, and confidently conduct remote closings throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes ownership of every file while delivering an exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume residential real estate pipeline from contract to funding
- Review title commitments and clear title requirements, liens, judgments, and other title issues
- Prepare and review closing documents, Closing Disclosures, ALTA Settlement Statements, and lender packages
- Conduct remote closings for Minnesota and Wisconsin transactions
- Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, and underwriters
- Ensure all transactions comply with state, lender, and underwriting requirements
- Balance files and ensure funding accuracy
- Resolve transaction issues quickly and professionally to keep closings on schedule
- Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain complete and organized electronic file documentation
Qualifications
- 3 years of Escrow Officer experience required
- Demonstrated experience managing a high-volume escrow pipeline
- Proven experience independently clearing title and resolving complex title issues
- Experience conducting Minnesota and Wisconsin real estate closings
- Strong understanding of title insurance, escrow, lender requirements, and real estate closing procedures
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines while maintaining accuracy
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work successfully in a fully remote environment
- Experience with SoftPro is preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- $65,000–$85,000 annually, depending on experience
