Closing Hub, a title and closing company proudly affiliated with Kris Lindahl Real Estate, is seeking an experienced Title Processor to join our growing team. We're looking for a detail-oriented professional who can take ownership of files from title commitment through closing readiness. This role is critical to ensuring transactions move smoothly by identifying title issues, coordinating with all parties, and proactively resolving outstanding requirements. The ideal candidate is highly organized, accountable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two files are exactly alike.
Responsibilities
- Review title commitments and identify requirements that must be satisfied prior to closing
- Work with lenders, real estate agents, buyers, sellers, attorneys, HOAs, and county offices to obtain required documentation
- Order and track mortgage payoffs, HOA information, and utility payoffs
- Resolve title issues including liens, judgments, probate matters, bankruptcies, trust documentation, and other curative items
- Maintain accurate file notes and transaction records
- Monitor deadlines and proactively follow up to keep transactions on track
- Collaborate closely with Escrow Officers and Closing Teams to ensure files are ready for closing
- Communicate effectively with all parties throughout the transaction process
Qualifications
- Previous title, escrow, mortgage, or real estate transaction experience required
- Experience reviewing title commitments preferred
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to independently manage a high-volume pipeline
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Problem-solving mindset with a commitment to accuracy
Compensation & Benefits
- $60,000 - $75,000 annually, depending on experience
