Position Overview
We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-driven Service Advisor to join our Pre-Owned service department in Bridgeton. This role is responsible for guiding customers through their service experience, coordinating vehicle repairs, and ensuring that every customer receives exceptional care from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with service check-in and scheduling
- Document customer concerns clearly and communicate repair needs to technicians
- Provide accurate repair estimates and explain recommended services
- Deliver timely updates to customers throughout the service process
- Ensure that all repair orders, warranty information, and documentation are accurate
- Promote preventative maintenance and dealership service offerings
- Address customer questions or concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Coordinate with technicians, parts, and management to maintain efficient workflow
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of vehicle systems and automotive terminology
- Experience with dealership service or CRM software preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
